My cousin and I are going camping soon and I was looking for a tent so I just looked at walmart.com and I found a good sized tent for the both of us. But the problem is... I dont want a too big tent just for the two of us. How big is this? Product in Inches (L x W x H): 240.0 x 120.0 x 80.0

It tells you right there. L x W x H means length by width by height.

They give you the dimensions in inches. You only have to divide by 12 to get the dimensions in feet. 240 inches is 20 feet. 120 inches is 10 feet. 80 inches is ... um ... *thinking* ... about six and a half feet.

EDIT: Also, if you read the description of that tent, it says it's "perfect for a family" and that it's a "three room tent". Sounds awfully big for what you want.

Best campgrounds in Michigan ?

I'm in Grand Rapids and am willing to travel to the right spot.

I'm looking for a good affordable campground with easy access to tubing, fishing, and bike trails. I can tent camp or would like to cabin or bunk camp if the price is right. a place with cheap kayak / canoe rental would be a plus.

Cheapest way to live while a home built?

We are buying 6 acres in Michigan..is it possible to like build a small room..maybe the size of 2 bedrooms to live in while the house is being built? What would be the easiest way to go? Some have said a pole barn..we don't mind the small space because the house could take 2 years to build.
It wouldn't be possible to live in a tent in Michigan..Winters are brutal here. We plan to take our time building. A trailer is an option.
