I got fleece bag liners, a 4mm therma mat and gelert self inflating mat - Suggestions on how not to freeze gratefully accepted :)

Answer
I do it every year. Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Peak District, Lakes, all over.
What's the bag like? Rated to minus 10 is reasonable but on the mountains a minus 15 rating is better.
Fleece liners are OK but bulky. Silk is warm, folds into a small pocket, is very light, and washes and dries in 30 minutes in winter. Pricey for good ones but worth the money.
Best quality raw Chinese silk is the good stuff. Indian and Japanese silk is OK but you won't find good quality raw silk in those in UK shops.
Maybe Harrods.....not shopping there for outdoor stuff. Even the Cornish pasties are too much for my pocket.
Take three space blankets with you.
One goes on the tent floor so it reflects heat back from under you, one goes over the sleeping bag if wanted and one is in your first aid kit for needy souls you meet in the hills or on the frozen swamps of deepest Essex on a foul day.
Thermal base layers can be made of synthetic materials, but the real good ones are silk like the bag liners..even the SAS gets issued with those for extreme weather jobs.
Arctic workers and mountaineers also wear them, truckers in Alaska and Siberia wear them, but a lot of British guys think silk long johns and long sleeve vests are pansy clothes.
They're fine for normal guys but not in pink. Black or blue are available for normal blokes.

In UK you can get some in Millets, Cotswold Outdoor, and any good camping or outdoor sports shop.
What you don't want in winter is cotton...avoid it like the plague. It freezes when it's wet or even damp and it can lead to hypothermia very easily so NO cotton in UK or similar winters. Cotton shirts and T-shirts especially are out....no use at all.
Wool is the stuff ...it stays warm when it's wet and it's bulky enough to trap air which is why it works so well.
Over that a thick fleece, then a good quality jacket. Waterproof trousers keep the wind off and keep you warm....they're not just for when the rain is coming down.
A warm hat is very useful. Nearly a quarter of body heat is lost through the head. Get a warm hat.
Get some waterproof lined gloves and a spare pair. Ski gloves are fine.
Next is food. That is your basic source of energy, hence warmth. Eat well and eat plenty.
Here's how to cook outdoors.....it's worth the trouble to get proper meals.
With a camping stove or some disposable BBQs you can cook Sunday lunch outdoors....

Boots.....all the gen about laces as well for an Icelandic guy so ignore the first bit and scroll down to "Boots"

Smile. Then smile some more. Laugh at the rain while you run for cover.
A happy attitude helps in bad weather and in good weather . It keeps you going when the moaners and groaners give up.
Keeping on going with a happy disposition is what gets good Brownie Points on DoE and similar schemes, and even in the Army. It also gets you back to town instead of lying in a miserable heap.
I was in instructor in that lot ( well, the Forces isn't really a miserable heap, it's actually good most of the time) and helped with the civvy schemes too.
Keep smilin'. It's a winner. Have a great time.
Similar one here......for a guy in USA but conditions there can be a lot worse than in UK. The State of New York is at the latitude of Spain, not London, and it gets three feet of snow all over it and howling winds off the Atlantic the way the Cuillin Ridge does.
Mine starts...You can usefully save $85. The answer links above are on it too and some more.

Useful link here too...the mountain weather information service for UK.See the list of webcams for live views.....daytime only.

Aigh vie....good luck in Manx. Freezing over here. Only six months to do before we warm up again.....keep smilin'

Answer
Hope this helps, I found it on a camping website:

Northwest Territory tents are sold by Kmart (1-866-KMART-4U) and Sears (1-800-549-4505) and manufactured and serviced by several tent manufacturers.

One manufacturer of Northwest Territory tents is NorthPole USA (1-800-366-1599, consumer@northpoleusa.com). However, your Northwest Territory tent may be made by another company. NorthPole can only provide customer service for NorthPole tents.

Look on your tentâs manual, tag on the inside of the tent, and/or carry bag for its product information. Then contact the specific manufacturer of your tent
