I agree that these small items are best purchased regularly, as on-line retailers often charge (or mark-up prices) for shipping, packaging and handling.
Stainless steel, brass and soft-steel solid wire can usually be found by the picture-hanging supplies section in most hardware and home-improvement stores.
The rest can be found in any decent outdoors/camping store, even in the camping section of most general-purpose sporting goods stores. If you have an REI or EMS near you, they will have it all. DicksSporting Goods and Sports Authority, not so much. Walmart also carries most of these items, though not necessarily the best quality. Finally, you can usually find these items at military-themed shows/sales and flea markets, again of variable quality.

I'm looking for the best possible tent i could get in the 50$ price range.

For $50 go to walmart, Target or Sports Authority.
If you`re camping for the first time or taking someone else who has never been camping I`d get a tent more expensive than $50...you definitely get what you pay for. Would a $50 tent work? Of Course but if it rains you may be swimming inside of it. I`d buy a small tarp to setup over the tent if they are calling for rain. Cant go wrong with Coleman tents in that price range.
