Does anyone know of a camping site in San Diego?

A camping site (tenting) that would allow noise later than 10 pm... or a beach that allows tenting and overnight stay. I want to go camping with friends but most camp sites only allow noise until 10 pm =(

Hope this helps, not too many in San Diego but i've stayed here,very nice. The beach also close before10pm.

My family and the nieghbors famliy are looking to go camping next weekend, but it is so hot! Does anyone know where a good spot by a creek or lake that you can actually swim in that might not be full in the san diego area or la area?
